Altea is known for its hilltop old town, the white-domed church and the views over the Mediterranean towards Sierra Bernia. Our office is in central Altea and we work across the old town, the seafront and the hillside.
Pilar de la Horadada
Pilar de la Horadada covers both the inland town and the coastal strip with Torre de la Horadada and Mil Palmeras. Year-round services, a short drive to Murcia airport and a wide mix of new builds and resale homes.
Mil Palmeras
Mil Palmeras sits between Torre de la Horadada and Orihuela Costa, with a long sandy beach, a promenade and restaurants within walking distance. A calm spot popular with Scandinavian buyers who want to be by the sea.
Orihuela Costa
Orihuela Costa runs from Campoamor and La Zenia to Playa Flamenca, with large beaches, golf courses and year-round shopping. The choice is wide, which makes comparing location, fees and condition all the more important.
